Our Specialty Show was held on Friday, April 20, 2007, in conjunction with the Columbia Terrier Association, at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, Timonium, Maryland.. The new site and the Exhibition Hall  were an improvement over the Howard County Fairgrounds, and have large rings and  ample exhibitor parking.
The Specialty  Show celebrated the Club’s  fifty-year anniversary. A commemorative medallion was presented to each exhibitor.
The Sweepstakes Judge was Ms. Margo G. Dupre. The entry for Sweepstakes was very small again this year, only 8 Airedales.  However, it was a very nice class and the youngsters preformed very well. The Regular Class Judge was  Ms. Billie R. Kellog  who replaced Mr. Dennis M. Barnes  hospitalized with a stroke. The entry for the Regular Classes was 28.  Best of Breed was JOVAL ANGEL’S KISS, Owners: Valeria & John Rickard.  Breeders::  Valeria Rickard, Kim  & Karl Evans..

HEARING ASSISTANCE DOG

Not all the dogs in attendance were there to compete. This pup, one of Corally Burmaster's will be trained as a Hearing Assistance Dog for Dr. Jessica Rabin.

The Specialty Show was well attended by Club members and Airedale enthusiasts. The new site offers many possibilities not available at the old site. Look forward to seeing  you next year.
